Unfortunately, the food and service were very bad. Last week, I went with my family to the restaurant and it was very bad. The Waiter he not bring my order and the food it was cold and not good. When I complain him he ignore me. He also didn’t talk notice of me when I complain. I am very angry because you must give him training. Please write to me soon.

Home work complaint letter

Hi Madam,
How are you? I am writing this letter to complain about the service in the restaurant in Burj Al Arab hotel. I want to conduction about the problem in this hotel.

Last week, my brother invited my family to eat lunch in the restaurant. Firstly, every things was good and service was wonderful. But the food was not good. We ordered 6 kinds of food for 1500Dh, but almost of food not good. For my order, I saw a piece of hair in the food and some food there are so hot and more salty. We didn’t eat any thing and we were very angry about that.

This was a big problem for us, because my mother is sick and she is old women and she can’t ability to eat hot food. Also, some food had a bad smell.

I hope to solve this problem, and you must give them training. Also, you must contact with clients to know what is their opinion about your hotel and restaurant.

Your faithfully,
Hessa Saleh

  1. Hi rou77,

Thanks for posting this. For the complaint, be careful not to copy any words from the question (you stayed in..)

Your own complaint letter is good. The food sounds bad - I can't believe that at the Burj al Arab!

btw, I don't think you need to ask 'how are you?' at the start
